Once your purchase is complete we will begin to process your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you have entered your shipping address incorrectly please email us at customerservice@earthlyblendtea.com within 24 hours of the purchase date so it can be changed.

CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order please email us at customerservice@earthlyblendtea.comĀ Cancellations are only excepted within 24 hours of purchase date.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Unfortunately we are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen. Please contact your local post office if you will not be home on expected arrival date of your package to have it held.
